#11. Success!

This recipe is a keeper!  Every time someone (Dylan) eats a pot pie in front of me I droll and wish more homestyle cooking places would cater to us veggie-lovers.  Well here it is and I just may share.

In the future I might try a different crust as this one is chock-full of butter and cream cheese and I think I need a bit healthier accompaniment to the medley inside... but it was delicious as is.

Mmmmmmm -- that looks delicious! Speaking of food, I just found a wonderfully easy and aesthetically pleasing salad-type dish made with quinoa.
